We launched Direct Fulfillment in 2019 after experiencing firsthand the frustration of working with traditional 3PL providers. As former Shopify and Amazon FBA sellers, we saw how the industry was plagued by slow response times, lack of flexibility, and a refusal to support specialized needs like high-touch kitting. So we built the solution we wished existed.

At our core, we’re driven by optimization. Fulfillment and logistics are often bogged down by manual, error-prone processes. Our focus is on automation, precision, and efficiency — eliminating waste while reducing costs for our clients.
